What happens to your data when you order from www.crea-gea.nl? You will find that in this privacy statement. The starting date for the validity of this statement is 01-01-2021.
1. Your data During the checkout of your order at CreaGea it is necessary to enter your details. You can choose from three options: Order without creating an account (enter your details once) Order and create an account (your data will be stored for your convenience) Order with an account (your data has already been saved) Data that you enter when placing an order or sending a message is stored on the servers of my processor Mijnwebwinkel. This applies to all three options above. Mijnwebwinkel ensures a security level that matches the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used as standard. The information you provide is: Your surname and initial or first name Your billing address Your delivery address (if this address is different from the billing address) your e-mail adress Your IP address Your internet browser and type of device (phone, tablet or PC) Your phone number In addition to these personal data, the Mijnwebwinkel system also stores your order history. I only use this information when you order a surprise package in the future. I will check which products you have previously ordered, to avoid double shipment of products. You can contact me at any time to delete your account.

2. Collaborations CreaGea works together with other companies such as a web store software company, a payment processor and a postal delivery company. Web store software company Mijnwebwinkel is the webshop software company to which CreaGea is linked. Your personal data and order details are shared with Mijnwebwinkel. Mijnwebwinkel only uses your data for technical purposes and not for commercial purposes. As stated at the heading "your details", Mijnwebwinkel uses a secure SSL connection by default (you will see a lock and the word "safe" at the URL at the top of your screen). This means that your data and any password can be safely stored on CreaGea. Payment Processor CreaGea is affiliated with Mollie Payments to process payments with iDeal. Your contact details and payment details (bank account number and payment amount) are shared with Mollie and this is done through a well-secured environment. Post delivery company CreaGea uses PostNL for sending letterbox post and parcel post. I only share your address details by stating your delivery address on your package. PostNL uses this information only for the performance of their services.

3. What are your personal data processed for? I only use your personal data and order data for sending your order. If you have provided your data to receive the newsletter, I will use your data for that. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting obligations. This concerns the tax authorities. The tax authorities have a duty of confidentiality.

4. What are your rights? You have the right to change your personal data or to have your account deleted. You can do this very easily by sending an email to info@crea-gea.nl If you believe that CreaGea does not handle your data properly, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
